MSP 29-500 & 30-1000 Slim
The Hydril® Pressure Control MSP (Medium Service Pressure) 29”-500 psi and the new 30”-1 000 psi slim are large-bore, annular-type diverters that effectively reroute the flow of low-pressure gas on surface installations.
The new MSP 30”–1000 Slim is the lightest diverter in its class. Its enhanced design delivers the same reliable sealing performance, with a significantly reduced footprint and weight.

The Hydril® Pressure Control MSP™ 21‑2 is a 21¼”-bore, 2,000‑psi blowout preventer/diverter engineered for dependable surface‑installation performance. Proven over 50 years in the field, it meets API 16A requirements and delivers reliable shut‑off capability, including complete closure on the open hole.
FSP
The Hydril® Pressure Control FSP™ 28-2000 (Flow Safe Platform) is designed for use on bottom-founded offshore drilling rigs, such as platforms and jackups. It serves a dual purpose: it acts as a diverter while the upper hole is being drilled and it works as a blowout preventer after the conductor pipe has been cemented. Available in 28” and pressure rated to 2000 psi.
