Eirik Bergsvik
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Bergsvik has more than 35 years of experience from the oil service industry and previously served the board of MHWirth from 2014 to 2017. Mr Bergsvik has a degree in Business & Administration from Molde University College and studies in Electrical Engineering from Trondheim Marine Engineers School.

- President Equipment and System Solutions at HMH 2021-2022
- Chief Executive Officer of Interwell AS, a leading supplier of down hole products for oil companies from 2011-2017
- Managing Director of National Oilwell Norway AS, a supplier of oilfield services and equipment to the oil and gas industry from 2006 to 2011
Thomas “Tom” McGee
Chief Finance Officer
Mr McGee has more than 25 years of experience from the oil service, consulting and financial services industries. Previously, Mr McGee served as Head of Corporate Development at National Oilwell Varco from 2006 – 2015.
Other previous experience includes:
- Office of the Chairman of MHWirth 2019-2021
- Prior experience includes Executive in Residence with Warburg Pincus (2016-2018), Boston Consulting Group, and Credit Suisse First Boston
- Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1995
- MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2001
Dwight Rettig
Chief Administration Officer and General Counsel
Mr Rettig has more than 30 years of experience from the oil service industry and previously served as General Counsel and Executive VP at National Oilwell Varco.
Other previous experience includes:
- Office of the Chairman of MHWirth 2019-2021
- Helped lead mgmt. buyout from US Steel & Armco Steel and later IPO
- Established NOV’s compliance department
Roy A. Dyrseth
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr Dyrseth has more than 25 years of experience in the oil service industry and had from 2016 until the creation of HMH held roles as Executive Director in Akastor for drilling-related business development and as Chief Commercial Officer in MHWirth. Dyrseth holds a BSc in Marine Technical Operations from Aalesund University College.

- VP Sales in Europe, Africa, Russia and the Middle East at National Oilwell Varco from 2006 – 2013
- Various management positions at National Oilwell Varco from 1997 – 2006
Chuck Chauviere
President Pressure Control Systems
Mr Chauviere has more than 30 years of experience from the oil service industry and served as Vice President of Subsea Drilling Systems for Baker Hughes since 2008. Prior to that, Chuck held several global roles at Hydril, which he joined in 1998.

- Board member of Petroleum Equipment and Services Association (PESA)
- Board Member of International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Well Control Institute
Pål Skogerbø
President Equipment and System Solutions
Mr Skogerbø has 23 years of experience from the oil service industry and served as CTO for MHWirth in the period from 2019 to July 2022. Mr Skogerbø has held several leadership roles in MHWirth and Aker Solutions including Global products, Global Engineering and Digital Technology. He joined Maritime Hydraulics in 1999.
