About HMH

HMH was constituted in October 2021, through the merger of Baker Hughes’ Subsea and Surface Drilling Systems business and Akastor ASA’s wholly owned subsidiary MHWirth AS.

With more than 2,000 employees globally, HMH serves multiple industries, delivering a broad portfolio of products and services that are designed to be safer and more efficient. 

Although our HMH name is new, we have been delivering industry-leading solutions for over 125 years. We build on the legacy of our historical brands Maritime Hydraulics (MH), Wirth, and Hydril Pressure Control among others, and have a strong track record  in more than 120 countries worldwide.
