Valves & Manifolds

HMH provides flexible and light-weight high pressure valves and manifolds. The compact frame design of our manifolds allow for easy installation and commissioning of a complete unit in “plug and play” concept. Our portfolio of manifolds can be used in a large variety of applications – from simple well intervention operations, to high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) environments. Our choke and kill manifolds can be delivered as a standalone unit or as part of a system with a mud gas separator and mud and cement standpipe manifolds

XTRM Gate Valve

Our XTRM™ Gate Valves are suitable for use in multiple environments including high pressure manifolds for drilling, production, fracking, well testing and subsea applications. The valves have a default operating temperature range of -20° F to 350° F (-29 to 177° C) with the availability of designs for further lower and higher temperature requirements. The valves are certified in accordance with API 6A PR-2.

We offer various options to operate the valves:

  • Manual handwheel operated
  • Hydraulic double-acting
  • Spring-return fail-safe surface
  • Spring-return fail-safe subsea

XTRM Check Valve

Our XTRM™ Check Valves are suitable for use in multiple environments including drilling, production, fracking, well testing and subsea applications. The valves have a default operating temperature range of -20° F to 350° F (-29 to 177° C) with the availability of designs for further lower and higher temperature requirements. The valves are certified in accordance with API 6A PR2

XDR Mud Valve

Our XDR™ Mud Valves are designed for use in the toughest of environments that are demanded in deep well drilling applications. Among others, they are designed for use in the following applications:

  • Standpipe manifolds
  • High-pressure frac service
  • High-pressure mud mixing lines
  • High-pressure drilling system block valves
  • Pump manifold block valves

Manifolds

With a highly modular building block concept, our full range of choke and kill manifolds can improve operational access and reduced weight. The manifold allows for the controlled bleed-off from the closed well, through manual and remotely operated chokes to a mud gas separator, to the flare booms, emergency diverting over board or to dedicated storage tanks.

  • Inside frame design simplifies operational and maintenance access and reduces weight and space requirements
  • Easy access to valves on the outside speed up maintenance and keep downtime to a minimum
  • Integrated instrumentation with hydraulic control system, remote choke panels and glycol injection unit
