HMHConnect has been built to service all of our HMH customers. The site provides access to the following information and tools:
- Asset Details about your existing equipment, including a rig level view of your assets, visibility of all products grouped by product type, and equipment details logged by our services teams.
- Documents including COCs, Databooks, Manuals, Bulletins, Service & Inspection Reports, KG Load Limits
- Ticket submission to our HMH services teams and tracking of existing tickets. Requests can be placed for requesting FSE or O&R work, reporting rig downs, and more.
- Tools and Digital Services from both existing platforms will continue to be available on HMHConnect:
- engageDrilling: Ram BOP Shear Calculator, SeaLytics, shopDrilling, Training
- MyDrilling—RiCon, DrillCon, DrillPerform, BeAware
- Training resources and videos are displayed on the portal. Request admission to one of our scheduled trainings, view course offerings, and provide feedback on training you have taken.
- Channel Partner document upload is available to our HMH Channel Partners so the HMH team has visibility to COCs, Databooks, and Disposition Reports issued by them.
