DC440 Series Drilling Catwalk
The DC441 – Single Unit, DC442 – Double Unit, and DC443 – Tripple Unit drilling catwalks all have a 16,000 lb. lift capacity and can accommodate pipe diameters of up to 24″. They offer a minimum floor height of 25′ and a maximum of 47′.
Their modular design streamlines operational modifications, service work, and rig up/rig down activities. With features such as 10′ independent pipe racks, an optional true x-y AutoWalk walking system, an optional hydraulic V-door, remote drill floor controls, and a cycle time of 30 seconds per lift (depending on floor height), these drilling catwalks are designed for efficiency and ease of use.

DC1200 Drilling Catwalk
The DC1200 drilling catwalk is designed for smaller rigs, pad-drilling and features a self-propelled optional walking system. A self-erecting ramp makes rigging up and down simple while automated tubular handling between the pipe racks and v-door contributes to increased efficiency and safety. The DC1200 features hydraulic pipe racks and a self-contained HPU.
