Mr Dyrseth has more than 25 years of experience in the oil service industry and had from 2016 until the creation of HMH held roles as Executive Director in Akastor for drilling-related business development and as Chief Commercial Officer in MHWirth. Dyrseth holds a BSc in Marine Technical Operations from Aalesund University College.

Mr Chauviere has more than 30 years of experience from the oil service industry and served as Vice President of Subsea Drilling Systems for Baker Hughes since 2008. Prior to that, Chuck held several global roles at Hydril, which he joined in 1998. Most recently he served as President for Pressure Control Systems in HMH.

Mr Skogerbø has 25 years of experience from the oil service industry and served as CTO for MHWirth in the period from 2019 to July 2022. Most recently he served as President for Equipment and System Solutions in HMH. Mr Skogerbø has held several leadership roles in MHWirth and Aker Solutions including Global products, Global Engineering and Digital Technology. He joined Maritime Hydraulics in 1999.
