Transport Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled transport coordinator, with experience and competence from logistics services.
You will be part of our corporate, global logistics and warehouse team, with responsibility for operational deliverables. You will report to Senior Manager Logistics and Warehouse in HMH.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Execution of logistics activities according to standards and procedures
• Transport planning according to planning tool
• Transport execution
• Purchase of logistics services
• Clearing and filing of Import/export declarations
• Issue transport documents
• Expedite proof of deliveries and upload to our system
• Make sure that shipment is executed according to agreed incoterms
• Take personal responsibility for HSE and Quality
• Promote a proactive attitude and good communication towards our customers, driving a culture for continuous improvement in order to secure cost efficient, optimal supply at all times.

Qualifications and personal attributes:

• Bachelor degree within logistics, or minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Team oriented, yet independent
• Organized and focused on quality, cost and timely delivery.
• Motivated by working with continuous improvement
