In this position, you will be responsible for supervising supervisors and employees at the Erkelenz site in accordance with §6 ASiG.


  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the areas of environmental protection, occupational health and safety
  • Consultation on the planning, execution and maintenance of operating facilities and on the procurement of technical working equipment
  • Preparation of accident analyses, development of accident prevention and health protection measures
  • Management and development of the integrated management system with regard to environmental protection, occupational health and safety in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 18001
  • Maintenance and development of the occupational health management system
  • Cooperation with the global HSSE team

Who are you?

  • Technical degree
  • Training as an occupational safety specialist or training as a safety engineer (m/f/d)
  • Initial professional experience as an occupational safety specialist/safety engineer (m/f/d) would be an advantage, ideally in an industrial company
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good English skills
  • High level of self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Distinct communication skills
