Instructor Electro and Control System

We are looking for 2 Electro Engineers to strengthen our team within the Training Department.

We in the Drilling Lifecycle Services (DLS) Training Team needs to strengthen our team in Kristiansand.
Preferably you are skilled and experienced with knowledge of HMH equipment portfolio and service delivery.
It is advantageous if you have technical and practical experience.
You will participate in a team of competent colleagues with responsibilities for Training within the Electro / Software discipline.

• A relevant education and/or work experience
• Hold a relevant BSc or MSc
• Plan and execute training on HMH’s product portfolio for internal and external clients on offshore and onshore locations
• Have the ability to develop new and to improve existing course plans
• Capable of building sustainable working relationships in your team and in other HMH departments
• Understand the importance of customer care, cross-cultural awareness and up-selling abilities
